the 4U-3 series Potato harvester/white potato harvesting machine/purple sweet potato harvesing equipment is mainly used to harvest underground rootstock crops such as potatoes, garlic, sweet potatoes and peanuts. The machine has the characteristics of high harvesting efficiency, low damage rate, light operation, no vibration, no grass blocking, fast soil leakage, simple structure and long service life. The machine adopts a side-by-side automatic loading device to make up for the shortage of small harvesters that can not automatically collect crops, improve production efficiency and save manpower and material resources. The machine has obtained two patents for utility model and design approved by the National Patent Office.
The 4UQL-160 potato harvester consists of a frame, digging shovel, working screen, gear box, drive shaft, traction hanger, suspension frame, depth limit wheel, rear tail wheel, rear lifting device and other components.
The tractor and the harvester are connected by a drive shaft and driven by the power output shaft of the tractor to drive the working screen. The digging shovel will shovel the crops to be harvested.
